Amy graduated with a master’s in social work from Western New Mexico University. Amy has a BA degree in Elementary Education. She is dedicated to her therapy career and loves helping others find their true selves through the process of healing.

Amy has a history of working with clients who have been diagnosed with a wide range of mental health concerns to include anxiety, depression, PTSD, RAD, ADHD, eating disorders, autism, trauma, and a variety of addictions. She is experienced in leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Amy has been trained in EMDR, CBT, Sand Tray Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. She enjoys engaging with people and clients through evidence-based therapeutic methods. Amy combines her educational background in her therapy practice to help clients achieve their best by using the four learning modalities: visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic. Based on the individual needs of the client. She also studies and practices trauma therapy and connects well with people during their most vulnerable moments.

Amy loves to travel and enjoys learning about the many people and cultures of the places she visits. Amy is an avid lover of the great outdoors. She is adventurous and always loves to try new activities and to spend time with her family and loved ones.
