Janet Robinson is Executive Director and Clinical Director at New Perspectives. She helped co-found New Perspectives in 2013. She has worked in the mental health industry for 30 years. As part of her position, Janet oversees the therapeutic and lead coaching teams. She has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and is a licensed clinical social worker. In addition, she holds a certificate in Autism and is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mind-body bridging therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness and meditation, compassionate inquiry, wheel of consent, polyvagal theory, and TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release). She has a deep passion for working with individuals who are neurodiverse and has a particular interest in addressing the effects of cross-over trauma.
