New Perspectives Services

Emotional & Mental Wellbeing
Our team of licensed therapists at New Perspectives leads the services surrounding the emotional and mental wellness of our clients. In addition to individual and group therapy, clients are invited to attend psychoeducation groups and classes on emotional regulation and coping skills.
-
Life Skills Coaching
Clients at New Perspectives live in an apartment where they learn to clean, pay bills, travel on public transportation, and more. Trained mentors coach, live with, and provide examples for our clients as they teach the life skills needed for self-reliance.

Our team provides job readiness skill building through our employment center and other supported work at New Perspectives. Our workshop and store, The Kreative Space, is a supported employment site where we assess and teach job readiness skills.
-
Physical Wellbeing
The wellness plans developed by the staff at New Perspectives are intended to be fully individual to each client. We have dedicated staff for both nutrition and fitness, as well as a team assisting in medical support and medication management.
-
Community & Recreation
At New Perspectives we believe strongly in building a community, as well as integrating into the larger Utah community around us. We work with our clients on developing their individual hobbies and interests, and support as they share their passions through client-led clubs and rec nights.
